Shipping Policy
Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (Australia): 3–8 business days
- Express Shipping (Australia): 1–4 business days
Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues or peak periods.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship Australia-wide. International shipping is available to selected countries (if applicable).
Shipping Carriers & Tracking
We use trusted carriers such as Australia Post. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
By selecting Authority to Leave at checkout, you agree that parcels may be left unattended at your delivery address. We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once delivered.
Incorrect Address Details
Please ensure your shipping details are correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Lost, Damaged or Delayed Orders
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
International Shipping (if applicable)
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
